Snake River Pomsky Puppy Sale Contract

The Seller Marcy Howell and the Buyer ________________________ hereby agree as follows:

The Seller hereby sells the Buyer, for the amount of $_______USD, a puppy from Snake River Pomsky’s breeding lines originating from CKC or IPA Pomsky or husky dams bred to CKC or IPA Pomsky or Pomeranian studs. The buyer is responsible for a nonrefundable $300 deposit that will save the buyer place to choose a pup. The buyer can pick up the puppy after the purchase price is paid in full.

The Seller guarantees that the puppy is healthy and free of heredity defects to the best of her knowledge. Seller provides a one-year health guarantee against genetic defects. Is the responsibility of the seller to have a pre-purchase health exam at the seller’s expense. Once the puppy has left Sellers possession, Seller does not assume any further liability for possible health problems in the puppy, and will under no circumstances be responsible for veterinary bills resulting from any such condition, and no refund will be given.

The Buyer shall maintain the puppy in good condition, including adhere to regular immunization schedule, good diet, and clean and safe environment. Seller reserves the right to repossess the puppy, with no refund, should the puppy ever be found in a state of reasonably irrefutable abuse and neglect.

If at any time in its life the puppy is to be sold or given away, the Buyer shall so notify the Seller and give the Seller first option to buy the puppy back at advertised sales price.

Breeding rights are not included.

Payment for the puppy shall be in the form of cash, money order, credit or debit card (through square), Venmo, Cash APP or PayPal.

Transportation of the puppy is from Seller to Buyer is included in price of the pup. Seller will do their best to help accommodate the Buyer in making the transportation plans, so the travel goes smoothly and stress free for the puppy.

Puppies from Snake River Pomsky’s have been dewormed, vaccinated, and a health check.
